Darrin Harpham - Lab Manager
Please, ask Darrin questions! He loves to help teach and problem solve! Darrin started making foot orthotics for Burns Lab in 1988, and is now general manager, for Henhat. His vast experiences will help guide you to be the champion, for your tough patients, and leave a lasting impression.

Teresa Kipp - CAD Specialist
Teresa started learning how to manipulate the shape of feet by working in the plaster modification lab. She transferred that knowledge, to the computer, and is now our expert in computer design technology. She started her orthotics career in 1992 and has mastered every aspect of foot orthotics. Her dedication to the industry-impressive!
Toni Matson - Customer Service
Toni is a pivotal part of our manufacturing team. You will be impressed with her customer service skills and the team approach she brings, to every order. She goes out of her way to help you- help your patients. Toni’s happy voice is who you will hear when you call Henhat, for support.

Yoshi Leibrant - Orthotic Technician
Yoshi has been an integral part of the quality of our products. She sets the high standard for all of us. Making a quality product is not only the standard with Yoshi, it is the expectation! With over 36 years of experience, in orthotic production, she is still as cheery as ever…that could be because of her new grand-baby!
Toby Marlin - CEO
Toby started his career, in management as a 20 year veteran, with Target. Seven years into the orthotic business, he hasn’t looked back. His skills in customer service will help your team impress your patients, keep them happy, and coming back for more!

Ben Blecha - Prosthetist-Orthotist
Ben wants to help you, help more people, live a full and happy life. A 2001 graduate from the University of Texas-Southwestern, Ben’s personal experiences, with cancer and amputations, have given him a unique perspective. You will be impressed with his ability to help people not only survive- but thrive!
